Dear Doctor:

This free standing, highly visible building is centrally located in the heart of North Spokane, WA, across the street from Providence Hospital and Inland Imaging. It is an excellent location for either a primary or satellite Optometric office.

Previously, the space was occupied by a physical therapy clinic and is handicap accessible. The existing reception/waiting area, exam room setup, and spacious main room suitable for an optical/retail area, would allow a new or currently practicing Optometric Physician to move in with little to no remodeling expense.

For additional information, or if you would like to walk through the property, please contact Dr. Mel Lindauer at (509) 863-2400. Click below link for more information Central Mayfair Flyer
